$40 and $150+ total. This price combines state-regulated per-signature fees ($5 to $15 with a separate travel or convenience fee ($25 to $75+) based on distance, time of day, and urgency.
Base Notarization: $6 to $10 per official signature or act, depending on state statutory maximum limits (for instance, Texas caps acknowledgments and oaths at $6 for the first signature and $1 for each additional one).
Travel / Convenience Fee: $30 to $70 for local travel (usually covering a 10- to 20-mile radius), with added mileage rates (e.g., $1 to $2 per extra mile) beyond that zone.
Specialized or Complex Documents: $120 to $325 for complex real estate loan closings, living trusts, or multi-document packages.
Surcharges: An extra $25 to $100 for after-hours, weekend, holiday, urgent same-day requests, or challenging locations like hospitals and detention facilities.
Provided you request a Notary Signing Agent (NSA). I will witness, verify, and notarize legal signatures for corporate transactions, contracts, and property closings. Ensuring IDs match, as well as confirm signers act willingly, and handle multi-page loan or business document packets.
